The mission of Community Action Partnership of Middle Alabama (CAPMA) is to effectively address the causes and conditions of poverty by providing that will strengthen and promote community resilience and self-sufficiency for the lower income households of Autauga, Chilton, Elmore, and Shelby Counties.
